Excellent customer service backing up an extensive display of tiles in varying kitchen shower and bathroom exhibits. The prices of the tiles we chose was the same as similar tiles elsewhere, but the staff at Discount Tiles made the choice a no- brainer.
I over-ordered our requirements but the company was happy to refund the cost of the returned tiles.
I will definitely use them for future tiling orders.

Really good to deal with, we got a cheeper deal on the tiles we bought but we ended up buying far too many, we were able to take the tiles that we didnt use back to the shop and where given a refund per tile (not box) for the price that we paid. would definately use them again!

This shop flatters to deceive, has a good range and offers cash deals. They claim to beat all others, however watch out, should you wish to cancel your order they WILL charge you 20 % of the original deal in any refund. This is not explained to you at point of sale and not displayed at the sales counter. In fact the sign they have states that they are only to willing to refund. The rear of the order form has the terms and conditions they rely on to rip customers off. Be aware ! Other tiling firms in the area don't do this, advice go elsewhere and don't fall for their tactics to make money out of honest people
