The way the Billingham office treat clients is a disgrace.The Carers aren't brilliant. They don't even give you timetable.wants a major overhaul.had to tick 1 star as could not find a zero.Mr William Bean for my Wife. They are supposed to be here 10 past 8 but have never met this time yet.

I worked for Brookleigh and the people i worked for were horrible and very rude, made me late to calls as i didn't have enough time to get to another call. They spoke to me rudely, if i was running late due to traffic they didn't ring the client to say i was running late, they are really a horrible company to work for, i would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I worked for this company and covered the guisborough area ,I always got paid correctly and on time .the company made it very clear the importance of updating careplans and meds info while visiting clients!
sometimes I too would be asked to do extra calls at short notice,usually because Michelle might have been let down by a member of staff through sickness etc .this shows that michelle savage is a professional and reliable person who will do her upmost not to let her clients down , and will do everything within her power to ensure that as far as she is aware her clients are receiving top quality care . I enjoyed my time at Brookleigh
and always received compliments about the care I gave and never recieved any negative comments about myself or the company .
hats off to you Michelle ,and to what you have achieved through sheer hard work and determination :)

I worked here and the company is absolutely appalling! It is very unorganised and the people who work in the office are unprofessional! On many occasions I got harassed and bullied by the HR manager Ruth Frew who is an absolute poor excuse of a human being! I did eventually complain to the actual boss Michelle Savage but didn't call me back! I then went to send a letter of complaint and she still hasn't responded! This company wants shutting down with the people who are in it!! Everything about it is unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody! The care is also very shocking and the way they treat their carers, having them working all day every day! Absolutely shocking and I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!!!
